Common questions.

Absolutely — and it's one of the most common reasons people come to us. The reformer uses spring resistance which means you're never fighting gravity alone.

Fitted, comfortable workout clothes work best. Grip socks are essential.

A hard maximum of two clients per session. That limit is the foundation of what makes Private Flow different.

In many cases, yes — and Pilates Reformer is frequently recommended by physiotherapists for back rehabilitation.

You choose a session count per month and pick any available days that work for you. Sessions don't roll over, but there's no lock-in contract — you can cancel or pause with 30 days' notice.

Cancellations made more than 6 hours before your session are fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 6 hours may forfeit the session fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session. For all subsequent sessions, 5 minutes is plenty. Classes start promptly.
